ABOUT LEARN TO MEDITATE: Every action is the result of a thought, whether we are conscious of it or not. If we want to change the outcome of our actions, in this case, improve our dive performance, the most effective way is to begin to train our mind to think in different ways.
Learning to meditate is simple, and even short times sitting can pay huge benefits, if the practice is regular. With just three minutes a day, every day, you will notice the changes within just a week or two. This meditation makes it easy to do by giving your mind something to focus on, and it connects you deeply with yourself and begins to improve your body awareness too!
Success lies less in how long, and more in how often - if you can commit to meditate just once every day, you cannot fail to begin to reap the rewards in a very short period of time.
