ABOUT SITTING: One of the greatest challenges to meditation is finding a comfortable sitting position. This short and simple video talks you through the options for all levels of flexibility.
The main focus for effective meditation is the position of your spine. As long as that is straight, it really doesn't matter so much what the rest of your body is doing. Here I take you through options for comfortable sitting so that you can begin a regular meditation practice to support you in your daily life.
