ABOUT THE ONG NAMO LECTURE: This is the first lecture I deliver to any student. It is also one of the most powerful lessons we can learn in our freediving.
We tend to dive in the same way that we approach life; that the harder we try, the more chance we have of succeeding. Changing this approach - to one of trust, complete relaxation and surrender - is the key to reaching your goals, but is often one of the most hardest, most painful and frustrating lessons to learn.
The sooner you start, the sooner you can let go of your fear, your stress and begin to enjoy blissful dives that feel easier than ever before.
DISCLAIMER: Neither this video nor any of these Yoga for Freediving courses are intended as a replacement for any of the internationally recognised freediving certification programmes, and should never be used as such. If you do not have a recognised freediving certification it is recommended that you complete a basic training with a certified instructor before practicing any freediving exercises in the water. This programme is intended as a complement and enhancement to traditional freediving training methods, not a replacement.
These video courses do not qualify you in any way to freedive. Neither Sara Campbell nor Discover Your Depths takes responsibility, nor will be held liable for, any accidents or injuries sustained through freediving or any of the exercises taught in these courses.
It is recommended that you seek medical permission before commencing any yoga or freediving training. And as with all physical exercise, please ensure that at all times you listen to your body, train conservatively and NEVER DIVE ALONE.
Have fun, and keep your training safe, conservative and enjoyable.

RELAX 4. Lecture: Trust and Surrender
ABOUT TRUST AND SURRENDER: Trust and surrender are key concepts in great, safe, deep dives. It's easy to talk about them, but really getting yourself to a place where you embody them in your dives, is much harder.
