Sodarshan Chakra Kriya is one of the most powerful practices in Kundalini Yoga and it is THE meditation that I attribute my incredible freediving career to. It is a challenging and complex pranayama, and therefore, if this is your first Yoga for Freediving course, I recommend you start your first 40-day practice with the Meditation to Conquer Self-Animosity and tackle Sodarshan once you have settled into a regular practice and have a bit more experience.
